The room was large and super clean which is very important especially with kids around. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, gravy was delicious and really hit the spot.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable given the amenities.

We had a fantastic time at Southland Gaming and Racing, just a stone's throw from the hotel. The kids loved exploring Beale Street with its lively atmosphere, filled with music and local shops. It was a perfect family getaway with my relatives in tow!

My children wanted a cleaner environment. We were disappointed with the room cleanliness and maintenance. Cockroaches and a musty smell made it less enjoyable for a family stay.

The beds were old, with some discomfort. However, the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful when I had issues with my room keys. I had to get them reset twice during my stay, which was a hassle. The breakfast had decent options like biscuits and gravy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation was subpar. The shower didn’t work properly, and I noticed it was quite dirty with leftover hair. On top of that, some of the amenities were outdated. I also felt uneasy due to some noise from the nearby areas. The location is convenient, close to stores and food, but the safety of the area felt questionable. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed.
